The sell and rent back solution has been a phenomenal success for many years. We have an extensive property portfolio all with long term tenants. Our tenants where happy with the speed of the quick sale, the smooth transfer of the house purchase and the option of being to sell their home and rent it back.
Due to the continued success, we regret to inform people who are interested in selling quickly with a rentback option, that we can no longer service this type of deal. For the foreseeable future, we are simply just too busy to take on any more homes as landlords.
We can still offer a quick sale. We will still buy any property, commercial or residential. We cannot however, offer the sell to rent back solution. It is sheerly a numbers problem our end. We are currently managing the maximum amount of houses that we can comfortably keep track of and service.
We will still buy your home in a fast track sale, just without the rent back scheme.
We can however, arrange the house sale to suit you finding an alternative abode. Whether it takes you one week, one month or six weeks to find an adequate new home in your area, we will oblige by not completing the sale until you can find new dwellings.
Again, we apologise to anybody who is interested in selling quickly to rent back, but we no longer run this service for the foreseeable future.
